Our walk on the 28th June will start and finish at Barsham Church, Bungay Road Barsham, NR34 8HA. It will be a 2:00pm start. Tea will be served afterwards at the church. Please let Cheryl (07565 467269) know if you’re coming so we don’t leave without you.

Bedingham situated in the ancient Hundred of Loddon has Saxon origins. The name probably derives from the homestead of Beda’s people’. In Saxon times a nephew of King Harold, called Hagan, was the lord of the manor: there is, incidentally, a field called Hagg or Haghern still in existence and reputed to be named after him.
